Kangana Ranaut massively trolled for her ‘insensitive’ post on Israel-Palestine crisis

Actress Kangana Ranaut has managed to ruffle some feathers online once again. A few days back the actresses’ Twitter account got suspended following her series of scathing tweets on the violence in West Bengal after Mamata Banerjee-led AITMC (All India Trinamool Congress) came to power in the state for the third consecutive term. Since then, the actress has taken to Instagram to share her no-holds-barred views and thoughts.

Kangana is facing a lot of social media backlash over her post on the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflicts. Commenting on the ongoing Israel-Palestine crisis, the actress put up a few Instagram stories, praising Israel’s military attack on Gaza. However, this did not go down too well with several internet users and hashtag Kangana Ranaut started trending on Twitter with netizens demanding her ban from Instagram as well.

In her latest social media posts, Kangana praised Israel’s all-out military attack on Gaza and has termed it as a fight against “radical Islamic terrorism”. She even went on to write, “India stands with Israel. Those who think that terrorism should be replied with dharna and kadi ninda must learn from Israel.” In another post, she wrote, “To save your nation and its people from radical Islamic terrorism is the fundamental right of every nation. India stands with Israel.”

Kangana’s tweets come as tension mounts in Israel after a court order that gave the nod to the eviction of dozens of Palestinian families from their homes in a majority Arab neighbourhood in East Jerusalem. Reports say that the region is seeing the worst conflicts since the 2014 Gaza war and Palestinian actress Maisa Abd Elhadi, known for her role in Baghdad Central, is currently recovering after reportedly being shot by Israeli police during a protest in Haifa, Israel.
