The Israel Defense Forces (IDF)  announced that it has eliminated Iran’s War-Time Chief of Staff, Ali Shadmani. The top military commander was killed in IAF’s strike in central Tehran. Notably, Ali Shadmani, Iran’s senior-most military official was considered Khamenei’s closest military advisor.

IDF wrote on X, “For the second time in 5 days— the IDF has eliminated Iran’s War-Time Chief of Staff, the regime’s top military commander. Ali Shadmani, Iran’s senior-most military official and Khamenei’s closest military advisor, was killed in an IAF strike in central Tehran, following precise intelligence.”

In another post, the IDF stated that it has completed several extensive strikes on military targets of the Iranian regime in western Iran, including: – Surface-to-surface missile storage sites – Launch infrastructure – Surface-to-air missile launchers – UAV storage sites.

 Israeli Air Force Controls The Skies Over Tehran: Netanyahu

Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated that the Israeli Air Force controls the skies over Tehran. He stated that Israel strikes regime targets and not the civilians.

“The Israeli Air Force controls the skies over Tehran. We strike regime targets – not civilians. That’s the difference between us and Iran’s terrorist regime that aims to murder women and children. On behalf of the people of Israel – I salute you. You bring victory,” said Netanyahu in an X post.

Meanwhile, the Iranian state media confirmed that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ intelligence chief, Brigadier General Mohammad Kazemi, and his deputy, Hassan Mohaqiq, were killed in an Israeli strike.

Earlier on June 13, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the elimination of three Iranian Military officials, including Chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Commander of the IRGC and the Commander of Iran’s Emergency Command. The IDF stated that all of them were killed in the Israeli strikes across Iran by more than 200 fighter jets. Israel had labelled these officers as “ruthless mass murderers” with international blood on their hands.
