The fan-favourite Royal Challengers Bengaluru is all set to bang the 2025-Season as Virat Kohli returns to don RCB-Jersey at the iconic M.Chinnaswamy Stadium. In the Mega-Auction, the Bengaluru-franchise purchased some of the exciting players which has filled their gaps in the squad.

There are certain players which are the masterstroke purchases by Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the Mega Auction. Here are these 4 players who are purchased by RCB-Management:

Phil Salt

England’s dashing wicket-keeper opener, Phil Salt is one of the flamboyant batters in the white-ball format in recent times. With his sheer hitting abilities and flexibility in any batting position makes him best in the business. Salt acquisition into the side as given massive boost to RCB squad.

Devdutt Padikkal

The local-boy, Devdutt Padikkal reunited with RCB in the recent Mega Auction. Padikkal had a great season with RCB when he around with them. With a young player in the side and that too a left-hand batter, Padikkal will provide stability in the middle or might even open along with Phil Salt which might reduce pressure to Virat Kohli.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar

One of India’s premier pacers, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is one of the best buys for RCB in 2025 Mega Auction. In 2009, Bhuvi made his IPL debut with RCB but soon shifted his base to Sunrisers Hyderabad. After a long-stand with SRH, Bhuvi returned to his first IPL team after 16 years. Bhuvi’s presence made RCB’s bowling line-up formidable.

Tim David

The explosive Australian batter, Tim David too returned to RCB after having a brief stint with MI. Tim’s back in the side means that the RCB-side now has the strong middle-order line-up with a power hitter like him.
