Samay Raina, the host of India’s Got Latent, has found himself in the middle of a major controversy after his recent show sparked outrage. The drama began when podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia made an inappropriate comment about parents during an episode. This led to an FIR being filed against Samay and fellow show guests- Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Mukhija, and Ashish Chanchlani.

Supreme Court Weighs In on the Controversy

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court criticised Ranveer Allahbadia’s comments, calling them inappropriate and deserving of condemnation. While the court temporarily protected him from arrest, it also ordered him to cooperate with the ongoing investigation. The court further directed that no additional FIRs would be registered based on the episode aired. Ranveer was also instructed to deposit his passport with the police, preventing him from leaving the country without court permission.

Samay Raina’s Heartfelt Post Sparks Massive Attention

In the midst of this controversy, Samay Raina took to his YouTube community channel to share a heartfelt post for his members, featuring a red heart emoji and hugs. Despite the post being exclusive to premium members, it quickly garnered over 7.5k likes within just one minute. Fans of Samay flooded the comment section with love and support, with many speculating that had the post been made publicly, it would have easily crossed 100k likes in no time.

One user commented, “Abhi samay kharab chal raha hai par yaad rakhna voh samay hai,” while another added, “He must be thinking of editing and posting a video but then he must have realised that he can’t. So that’s all he can post now.” The comments reflected the empathy and support Samay has received amid the ongoing row.
