The first Test between India and New Zealand is underway, with the weather not in favour on Day 1, the situation changed on day 2 as both the skippers came out for the toss and the Indian team captain Rohit Sharma elected to bat first but the decision doesn’t seem to go their way. India has already lost 3 crucial wickets. Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli were dismissed early and this came as a big shocker for India.

The RO-KO Duo Fails To Make An Impact

Rohit Sharma was dismissed by Tim Southee when he tried to play a big shot and stepped out but the ball missed the bat and rattled the leg stump which give India their first shock.

The next big fish caught by New Zealand was Virat Kohli who went for a duck. He was given a short delivery by William O’Rourke, the ball had extra bounce due to which it touched the glove and went straight to Glenn Philips.

Sarfaraz Khan’s wicket left India’s camp in shock as Devon Conway took a stellar one handed catch and helped Matt Henry bag a wicket into his kitty.
