Filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar and television personality Shibani Dandekar got married today (February 19). The lovebirds, who dated each other for quite some time, exchanged vows in the presence of their close friends and family members. They had an intimate wedding ceremony at Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi’s Khandala farmhouse.

Farhan’s close friend and business partner Ritesh Sidwani and Shibani’s sister Anusha Dandekar and her close friend Rhea Chakraborty were among the first celebrities to arrive at the location for the wedding ceremony. Filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, musician Ehsaan, actress Amrita Arora and others were also spotted entering the family home.

Actor Hrithik Roshan, who worked with Farhan Akhtar in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, also reached the farmhouse for the wedding. He arrived there with his parents – Rakesh and Pinky Roshan. Oozing swag, Hrithik looked dapper in a traditional white ensemble. For his close friend’s wedding, the War actor picked a white kurta set and a pink jacket. His parents also made a stylish appearance at the wedding. Pinky looked glamourous in a blush pink and orange attire while Rakesh also opted for an ethnic outfit.

Minutes after his pictures surfaced online, his dashing desi look became the topic of conversation. A fan wrote, “Hrithik can look dam good wearing stylish clothes yet he chooses to wear a simple dress. Still he looks dashing. Mr Handsome for a reason.” Another commented, “Vedha bhai looking awesome in a beard.” A comment read, “Wish to see Hrithik dancing at his best friend’s wedding.”
