The services will run every day from May 2 to May 31 to help pilgrims reach the Kedarnath Temple quickly and comfortably.

Helicopter rides are available from three places:

  • Phata – ₹6,063 (for a round trip)
  • Sirsi – ₹6,061 (for a round trip)
  • Guptkashi – ₹8,533 (for a round trip)

These helicopter rides give you a beautiful view of the Himalayas and save time and energy compared to the long trek.

Yatra Registration and Helicopter Booking – What You Need to Know

Before booking helicopter tickets, you must register for the Kedarnath Yatra on the official Uttarakhand tourism website.

Steps to Register for the Yatra:

  1. Create an account (if you’re a new user).
  2. Fill in your travel details – like how many people are going, how long the trip is, and your travel dates.
  3. Download the Yatra registration letter – this is very important. You’ll need it to book your helicopter ticket.

Steps to Book Helicopter Tickets:

  1. Go to the Heliyatra website.
  2. Sign up using your mobile number and email.
  3. Enter the OTP (one-time password) sent to your phone/email.
  4. Log in, enter your Yatra registration number, choose your travel date, time slot, number of passengers, and make the payment.
  • One person can book up to 2 tickets.
  • Each ticket can have up to 6 passengers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – What You Should Know

If your travel plans change, you can cancel your helicopter booking.
Refunds will be given within 5 to 7 working days, but some cancellation charges will be taken out.

Important: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your flight, you won’t get any refund.

Because these helicopter rides are very popular, it’s a good idea to book early to get your preferred date and time.

With amazing mountain views and a much shorter trip, this could be the easiest and most comfortable Kedarnath Yatra for you!
