Hardik Pandya To Surrender 70% Property To Natasa Stankovic? See What Says Indian Law

Model and actress Natasa Stankovic confirmed her separation from cricketer Hardik Pandya. The couple announced their split on Thursday, July 18, via their social media accounts by posting a note.

Rumors of their separation circulated after Natasa removed ‘Pandya’ from her Instagram surname. Netizens also noticed her absence during IPL 2024 and T20 World Cup matches. Despite this, the couple maintained privacy and handled the situation with dignity.

Even after their separation, they still follow each other on Instagram.

There have been no additional details disclosed regarding Natasa’s demands from Hardik or the settlement between them. In a 2018 interview, the cricketer stated that half of his property is registered under his mother’s name. Thus, it appears unlikely that Hardik will need to relinquish a substantial portion of his total assets to Natasa.

In an old interview, he explained, ‘I said I don’t trust myself; I won’t take it in my name. I don’t want to give 50 percent to anyone in the future. 50 percent will bother me a lot. It’s better to take it in your name; 50 percent will be safe.’

However, Indian laws allow Natasa, as Hardik’s wife, to demand alimony from him.

In a joint statement shared on Instagram, Hardik and Natasa confirmed their separation. They expressed, ‘After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We made every effort and devoted ourselves fully, believing this is best for both of us. This decision was challenging, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we shared, especially as we built our family.’

Hardik Pandya Net Worth

Various reports estimate Hardik Pandya’s net worth at Rs 94 crore. Additionally, Pandya earns a lump sum of Rs. 1.5 crore monthly and Rs. 5 crore annually from his BCCI deal. In terms of real estate, Pandya owns a penthouse worth Rs 3.6 crore in Vadodara and a flat valued at Rs 30 crore in Mumbai. Furthermore, he holds numerous endorsement deals under his name.
