Fans were left shocked when reports first came out that Bobby: Love and Lust actor Gaurav Dixit was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau yesterday after finding drugs in his home. His home in Lokhandwala was raided by the agency in April as well. The agency has reportedly found and seized MD and Charas from his home.

A report in ANI further claims that Gaurav was arrested in connection with interrogating actor Ajaz Khan. While this news barely settled, the news agency has now reported that Ex-Bigg Boss contestant and actor Armaan Kohli has been taken into custody by the NCB after raiding his office and home.

The news was confirmed by a Tweet by ANI that read, “Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) says it is conducting a raid on the residence of actor Armaan Kohli in Mumbai. Following a raid, NCB team takes actor Armaan Kohli to its office from his residence in Mumbai.”

Another Tweet read, “Drugs were recovered during the NCB raid at actor Armaan Kohli’s residence in Mumbai. The actor will now be questioned in the agency’s office: NCB”

NCB Zonal Director (Mumbai) Sameer Wankhede said on Armaan’s arrest that “after the raid, actor Armaan Kohli gave ambiguous answers to questions put up by NCB. He was taken to custody for questioning at the NCB office.”

Actress Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB as well during the investigation of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. During the questioning, Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, and Sara Ali Khan were also called in. More recently, Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades were also summoned by the NCB. It’s left to see what turn the case takes next.

Speaking of Armaan, the actor has acted in films like Anaam, Koyal, Dushmani, Virodhi and LOC: Kargil. But he rose to fame when he entered Bigg Boss 7. It was his chemistry and alleged romance angle with Kajol’s younger sister Tanisha Mukherji that garnered attention.
