US President Donald Trump is planning to ease tensions with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which is likely to cost Europe massively. European nations may be put at risk. According to a report, the US Department of Defense is planning to change its strategic position, and it is expected that 10,000 US troops can return from Eastern Europe. Biden administration had deployed additional forces

Trump’s predecessor, the Biden administration, deployed additional forces to the region after the war between Russia and Ukraine began in February 2022. After three years, the Trump administration is considering to roll back the decision which has created a flutter among the European countries. European officials have warned that Russia may get an edge with the decision. An expert of Central Strategic and  International studies Seth Jones warned resistance will become weak due to the absence of US soldiers.
