US President Donald Trump recently praised the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head and Tesla CEO Elon Musk for his significant contributions to the country. Acknowledging his efforts to support the Government initiatives, Trump tweeted, “Elon is doing a great job, but I would like to see him get more aggressive. Remember, we have a country to save, but ultimately, to make greater than ever before. MAGA! Responding to Trump’s tweet, the SpaceX CEO said, “Will do, Mr. President!”

During a recent address, Trump highlighted, “I signed an order creating a Department of Government Efficiency. I’m not sure you’ve heard of it.” He then turned his attention to Elon Musk and praised him saying, “Elon is doing a great job. We love Elon, don’t we? He’s a character. He’s the only one who can get away with naming his son, X.” Musk responded to his lighthearted yet respectful remark stating, “Everything is called X.”

In yet another tweet, on Trump asking him to get more aggressive, Musk said, ‘I will strive to be less retarded. This is a difficult challenge.” Tesla CEO Elon Musk was recently on headlined after he criticised the current state of US spending, stating that an average citizen in the country ‘should be mad as hell’ over the expenditure of the tax money.

In an interview with Fox News, Musk pointed out that when former President Donald Trump took office, he inherited a $2 trillion trade deficit. Musk also warned that “America will go bankrupt” unless the deficit is addressed. He criticized U.S. foreign aid spending, adding, “The average taxpaying American has every right to be upset because their tax dollars are being poorly spent.” Donald Trump agreed, saying, “Yes, we inherited it.”
