Dream of Ghazwa-e-Hind will not be fulfilled even till Qayamat; dress code must in schools: Yogi on hijab row

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath slammed the religious fanatics, saying that their dream of Ghazwa-e-Hind will not be fulfilled even till the “Qayamat”. The firebrand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader came down hard at religious fundamentalists and said that this in “New India under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi” and The country will be governed as per the Constitution, not Shariat. He also categorically stated that there would be no place for ‘appeasement’ politics in the country.

Commenting on his tweet, “Those who dream of Gazva-e-Hind, religious fanatics of Talibani thinking, understand this… India will run according to the constitution, not according to Shariat…!” the UP CM said this ‘New India’ and under the leadership of PM Modi there would be only development and there would be no appeasement politics.

Speaking exclusively to ANI, Yogi Adityanath said, “I can say with utter clarity that this is new India, this is the India of world’s most popular leader Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In this new India, development is for all and there will be appeasement of none.”

Expressing his views on the hijab row, the Uttar Pradesh CM categorically stated that the dress code should be followed in schools. He said that the country should be governed as per the Indian Constitution and personal beliefs, fundamental rights, personal likes and dislikes should not be imposed on the nation or educational institutions.

“Am I asking the people and workers in UP to wear saffron? What they want to wear is their choice. But in schools, there should be a dress code. This is the matter of schools and the discipline in schools,” CM Adiyanath said during the interview.
