The popular Japanese anime ‘Dragon Ball’ has officially returned with its spin-off ‘Dragon Ball Daima’, which will showcase the new adventures of Goku and his friends. The series will also introduce new characters and the makers have finally announced the 12 new voice actors, joining the show.

Talking about the new series, creator Akira Toriyama, “Due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small. In order to fix things, they’ll head off to a new world! It’s a grand adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world.” Toriyama also added, “Since Goku has to make up for his petite size, he uses his nyoibo to fight something not seen in a long time.”
Directed by Yoshitaka Yashima and Aya Komaki, ‘Dragon Ball DAIMA’ is written by Yuko Kashihara with new characters design adaptation by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru. The series is produced by Toei Animation and Akira Toriyama is in charge of the story and original character designs.
