Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court issued issued notice to Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi in the National Herald money laundering case. The next hearing will be held on 8th May. The court said that the accused has the right to be heard. Hearing will be held in Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi.

Judge Vishal Gogne stated that ED has filed a chargesheet against Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, and others. They have the right to present their side. Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi will have to answer to the ED’s chargesheet.
