Delhi Assembly Elections 2025: AAP Releases Final Candidate List; Arvind Kejriwal To Contest From New Delhi, CM Atishi From Kalkaji

Aam Aadmi Party released their final list of 38 candidates  for the Delhi Elections 2025. According to the list released by the party, AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal will contest the election from New Delhi assembly seat, Delhi CM Atishi will contest from Kalkaji, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj will contest from Greater Kailash and Minister Gopal Rai will contest from Babarpur.

Apart from this, AAP leaders Satyendra Kumar Jain will be contesting from Shakur Basti, Durgesh Pathak from Rajinder Nagar, Ramesh Pehalwan from Kasturba Naga, Raghuvinder Shokeen from Nangloi Jat, Som Dutt from Sadar Bazar, Imran Hussain from Ballimaran, Jarnail Singh from Tilak Nagar.

According to the list released by AAP, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj will contest from Greater Kailash and Minister Gopal Rai will contest from Babarpur.

The list contain two new names, rest all 36 names are the repeated ones. AAP has Placed Ramesh Pehalwan from Kasturba Nagar assembly seat. Naresh Balyan’s wife Pooja Naresh Balyan is contesting from Uttam Nagar.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ramesh Pehalwan and his wife Kusumlata Ramesh joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday. The couple joined the party in the presence of Arvind Kejriwal, the party’s national convenor.

AAP won 62 out of the 70 seats in the 2020 assembly elections and BJP secured eighth seats.
