Dalal Street is set to witness launch of 11 new IPOs next week. Two of these will be in the mainboard  segment, while, other nine in the Small and Mediums Enterprise (SME) segment. These companies will altogether raise Rs 1,068.61 Crore from the primary market. The mainboard IPOs are of companies like  KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited, Manba Finance Limited. While, some of the biggies in the latter subsume Sahasra Electronics Solutions Limited, TechEra Engineering Limited, Rappid Valves (India) Limited, etc.

1. KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited IPO:

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd manufactures products for the Fast Moving Electronic Goods (FMEG) segment. Rs 341.95 Crore public issue will open for subscription on September 25, 2024 and close on September 27, 2024. It  is entirely a fresh issue of 1.55 crore equity shares.  Retail Investors can bid for a minimum of 65 shares and in multiples thereof.  Minimum bid amount is Rs 14,300.

2. Manba Finance Limited IPO

Mumbai-based Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) Manba Finance will roll out its public issue on September 2023. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.26 crore shares. Minimum lot size is 125 shares. At upper limit of price band of Rs 114 to Rs 120, retail investors will have to bid for minimum of Rs 15,000 to get one single lot.
