Critics Choice Awards 2025 Winners Out: Alia Bhatt-Backed Show ‘Poacher’ Wins Big; Check Who Took Home Trophies

The Film Critics Guild has announced the winners of the Critics’ Choice Awards 2025. This year, a new award for Best Documentary was introduced, and it was given to Nocturne for its amazing storytelling.

In the Feature Films category, ‘All We Imagine As Light’ won Best Feature Film for its strong story and artistic excellence. Diljit Dosanjh won Best Actor for his amazing performance in ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’. While accepting the award, Diljit Dosanjh said, “Thank you to the Film Critics Guild for this award, bohot bohot shukriya for considering me worthy of this honour. I dedicate this award to Amar Singh Chamkila and to Imtiaz sir, who brought this beautiful film to life. I just had the chance to be a part of it—it was entirely Imtiaz sir’s hard work. A big thank you to the entire cast and crew of the film.”

Winners Of The Critics’ Choice Awards 2025 Announced

Darshana Rajendran won Best Actress for her powerful performance in Paradise. Ravi Kishan was named Best Supporting Actor for his role in Laapataa Ladies, and Kani Kusruti won Best Supporting Actress for her role in Girls Will Be Girls.
In the Web Series category, Poacher won Best Web Series. Nimisha Sajayan took home Best Actress for her role in ‘Poacher’, while Barun Sobti won Best Actor for his performance in ‘Raat Jawaan Hai’.
In Short Films, ‘Obur’ won Best Short Film along with several other awards. Harish Khanna was named Best Actor for ‘Jal Tu Jalaal Tu’, and Jyoti Dogra won Best Actress for her role in ‘Taak'(Tracker), showing the great talent in short films.
