Champions Trophy: Jiostar Unveils Biggest Ever ICC Tournament Presentation In India In 9 Languages!!

The Champions Trophy is scheduled from 19 February to 9 March with Pakistan playing against New Zealand in the tournament opener on 19 February. India is also scheduled to play against Pakistan on 23 February as per the fixtures. All of India’s matches will be played in Dubai due to political tensions between the two nations. India will also be playing against New Zealand on 2 March.

Coverage In Haryanvi, Marathi, Kannada And Telugu

On TV, in addition to the English feed, the network will provide coverage in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada across Star Sports and Sports18 channels. For the first time ever on digital, an ICC tournament will be streamed live across 16 feeds, including nine languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. In addition to the language options, the live streaming on JioHotstar will be complemented by four multi-cam feeds

Hindi Coverage

The Hindi coverage of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 will feature cricketing legends, including Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Wahab Riaz, Waqar Younis, Sanjay Manjrekar, Ambati Rayudu, Robin Uthappa, Mohammad Kaif, Piyush Chawla, Sanjay Bangar, Aakash Chopra, and Deep Dasgupta.

English Coverage

For elevating excitement for the viewers cricketing legends from 7 different countries will join forces for Jiostar’s English coverage. The likes of Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar, Nasser Hussain, Matthew Hayden, Ian Bishop, Wasim Akram, Ramiz Raja, Simon Doull, Dale Steyn, Shaun Pollock, and Aaron Finch will provide a detailed analysis and seat-on-the-edge commentary for the spectators.

Regional Coverage

The regional languages presentation will consist of renowned names from Indian cricket such as Hanuma Vihari, Abhinav Mukund, MSK Prasad, R Sridhar, Murali Vijay, S Badrinath, Venkatesh Prasad, Sunil Joshi, Kedar Jadhav, and many more, to engage the viewership across every region.
