Champions Trophy Controversy: Australia Captain Slams ICC For ‘INDIA BIASNESS’ – Read Full Story

The 2025-edition of the Champions Trophy is being played by Top-8 teams in Pakistan, Dubai (For India Matches). Currently, Team India won 2-consecutive matches of the group stage by defeating Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Cummins Criticised ICC

Apart from all these things, Australia’s regular captain, Pat Cummins, who’s been out of Champions Trophy 2025, criticising ICC for their controversal calls and decisions.

When Pat Cummins had an interaction with Yahoo Sports Australia, Cummins said – “I think it’s good that the tournament can go on, but obviously it does give them (India) a huge advantage playing on the same ground. They already look very strong and they’ve got that obvious benefit of playing all their games there,”

India’s Refusal To Play In Pakistan

Apart from Team India, every team travelled to Pakistan to play the tournament. Team India was not given permission to travel Pakistan due political tensions between two-nations. By seeing the scenario, India games were shifted to Dubai.

Champions Trophy In Pakistan

After 29 years of wait, Pakistan finally conducting an ICC event. The host are on a verge of getting eliminated from the Champions Trophy 2025. India thrashed Pakistan by 6 wickets, thanks to Virat Kohli’s majestic hundred.
