arun Dhawan is all set to return to the big screens with his upcoming action movie ‘Baby John’. Its teaser screened in theatres with ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and ‘Singham Again’ and received an amazing response from the audiences. The makers have finally unveiled the teaser digitally and fans are delighted to see Varun as an action hero.

Baby John Release Date: 

‘Baby John’ will release in theatres on December 25, 2024. 

The movie also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles. ’Baby John’ is inspired by ‘Theri’, which starred Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Amy Jackson, Nainika, Radhika Sarathkumar, Rajendran, and Mahendran. Directed by Atlee, the movie became a massive blockbuster. It revolves around a cop, who embarks on a deadly mission to save his daughter from his past enemies.

On the work front, Varun Dhawan will next star in the web series ‘Citadel Honey Bunny’ alongside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Varun thanked Samantha for manifesting his action era. He said, “What I do feel is that both Citadel: Honey Bunny and Baby John are Samantha’s conviction for me. We’d spoken about something and it’s happened. I have to thank Samantha for that, 100%. She gave me a lot of confidence that I’m on the right track. It matters a lot.”

He will next star in ‘Border 2’ along with Sunny Deol and Diljit Dosanjh.
