In the past few years, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana has proved that there is no other like him. With his script selection and amazing performances, he has become one of the most celebrated actors in the Hindi film industry. Sometime back, the actor had made headlines for purchasing a bungalow with his brother Aparshakti Khurrana for their family in Chandigarh’s Panchkula district.

Now, it looks like that the actor has made an investment in another property. It has been recently reported that Ayushmann has purchased a new home in Mumbai. Ayushmann and Apartshakti have reportedly bought properties in the same housing complex for around Rs 19 crore and Rs 7 crore, respectively.

As per Money Control, Ayushmann has bought two units on the 20th floor of the Windsor Grande Residences, Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. He has paid a whopping Rs 19.30 crore for his new buy.

The report further stated that the deed of the apartment was registered on November 29, 2021. As per the documents accessed by Indextap.com, the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 96.50 lakh. The total size of the apartment is 4,027 sq ft. and it comes with four car parking. Ayushmann, however, has not opened up about his new purchase yet.

Aparshakti, on the other hand, has bought a 1,745 sq ft. apartment in the same complex. His new home is priced at Rs 7.25 crore and the actor paid a stamp duty of Rs 36.25 lakh for the same.

Meanwhile, after purchasing his Chandigarh home, Ayushmann had said in a statement, “The Khurranas got a family home. We decided to buy this new home in which the entire Khurrana family can now stay together. We are looking forward to making new and beautiful memories in our new address.”

On the movie front, Ayushmann was last seen in the movie Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, which was directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by T-Series in collaboration with Guy In The Sky Pictures. The movie also starred Vaani Kapoor. Next up, he will be seen in Anek and Doctor G.
