Amongst the many on-screen telly couples that viewers rooted for, Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan as Naira and Kartik from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai happen to top the charts. The two took over the lead roles after Hina Khan and Karan Mehra and since then they have been a fan favourite, more like a household name.

However, it has been over 4 months that Shivangi’s character as Naira came to an unfortunate end and she is currently reprising the role of Sirat (a look-alike of Naira). Romance is only budding between Sirat and Kartik but fans do not seem to like it and now they want Kaira back! For the unversed, Kaira is a name fan gave Karthik and Naira and use it quite often as a hashtag on Twitter and other social media platforms.

The magic that Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan created as Naira and Kartik has no comparison and the fans of the show know that too, which is why they want makers to bring them back.

Naira’s character came to a rather tragic end after she fell off a cliff. Shivangi Joshi made a comeback on the show in January 2021 as Sirat, a professional boxer. The TV actress underwent serious physical transformation to ace the role and even shared pictures of the same online. Speaking of the show, at present, Sirat on show is struggling to choose between Kartik and his ex-Ranveer (essayed by Karan Kundra).

All of this happens after Ranveer meets Sirat at her engagement and she finds out he is Kartik’s friend. As per the latest update, Kartik (Moshin Khan) has decided to call it quits with Sirat and re-unite her with Ranveer. What do you think will happen next?
