Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal addressed the ‘Janta Ki Adalat’ at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. He stated that over the past ten years, AAP has been running the government with honesty. He further emphasized that his government made electricity, water, medical treatment, and quality education free for all.

Kejriwal accused PM Modi of hatching a conspiracy against him and other party leaders. He said, “Modi ji realized that to defeat them, he needed to attack their honesty. Then he hatched a conspiracy to prove Kejriwal, Sisodia, and AAP as corrupt and put every leader behind the bars.”

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF KEJRIWAL’S SPEECH:

In his statements, Kejriwal expressed his feelings about the political climate and personal circumstances. He asserted, “These leaders have thick skin, they are not affected by the charges, I am affected because I am not a leader.”

He mentioned that he would leave the CM’s bungalow within a few days, emphasizing he doesn’t own a house. “Many people asked me to take possession of their house,” he stated.

Taking a dig at PM Modi, Kejriwal said, “I would like to ask Mohan Bhagwat ji five questions- the way Modi ji is bringing down governments and dismantling parties across the country by luring and threatening them with the ED and CBI, Is it correct?

He further stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party was born from the womb of the RSS and that they are the ones responsible for ensuring the BJP remains on course.

Kejriwal said, “Have you ever taken action to stop Modi ji from doing wrong things?”

Addressing public concerns, Kejriwal said, “The lawyers told him this case may continue for ten years. He expressed that he would not be able to live with a stain. So, he decided to address ‘Janta Ki Adalat.’
