Allu Arjun-starrer ‘Pushpa 2’ has created massive hype among the audience and has also been receiving an amazing response. Amid its grand success, a tragic incident happened as a woman died due to stampede at the Sandhya theatres in Hyderabad on December 4. The actor recently shared his grief after hearing about his tragic incident and announced the donation of Rs 25 lakhs to the victim’s family.

Sharing the video on X, Allu Arjun wrote, “Deeply heartbroken by the tragic incident at Sandhya Theatre. My heartfelt condolences go out to the grieving family during this unimaginably difficult time. I want to assure them they are not alone in this pain and will meet the family personally. While respecting their need for space to grieve, I stand committed to extend every possible assistance to help them navigate through this challenging journey.”

According to India Today, the actor said in the video, “When we went to watch Pushpa’s premiere at RTC Crossroads [in Hyderabad], we never expected to hear such tragic news the next day. Watching movies in theatres is a cherished ritual, but this incident left us all heartbroken.”

He further added, “On behalf of the Pushpa team, we extend our deepest condolences to the family. We understand that no words or actions can ever compensate for the loss you are bearing. We stand with you emotionally and will do everything within our capacity to support you in this difficult time.”

Announcing the donation of Rs 25 lakh, the actor further said, “As a goodwill gesture, I would like to extend financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the family. Additionally, we will take care of the medical expenses to ensure the injured members receive the best possible care. This is our way of showing that we are there for you, especially for the children in the family.”

Allu Arjun further urged his fans to be cautious and careful in future while watching movies.
