Here is good news for K-drama fans. Superstars Ji Chang-Wook and Son Ye-Jin are in talks with Netflix for an upcoming K-drama titled ‘Scandal,’ which is a remake of the 2003 film ‘Untold Scandal.’ While Chang-Wook is known for hits such as ‘Healer’ and ‘Suspicious Partner’, Ye-Jin has been part of popular shows like ‘Crash Landing on You’ and ‘Something in the Rain’.
The show is even more special for Ye-Jin’s fans as it would mark her return to acting after getting married to her co-star Hyun Bin and welcoming a baby boy in November 2022. She was last seen in the show ‘Thirty-Nine’.
On the other hand, Chang-Wook has been working non-stop and is now gearing up for the release of his drama ‘Gangnam B-Side‘. The first episode of the show will air on November 6, 2024. Also starring Jo Woo-jin, Ha Yoon-kyung, and Kim Hyeong-seo, the show is based on a fictional story and will unfold a secret behind disappearances in the middle of Gangnam.
