Salman Khan Receives Another Threat: Asked To Pay Rs 5 Crore To End Feud With Lawrence Bishnoi

In a shocking turn of events, Mumbai Traffic Police has received a threat message on Thursday night, allegedly from a Lawrence Bishnoi gang member, demanding Rs 5 crore to end the long-going feud with Salman Khan. The message also stated that if the Bollywood actor fails to comply with their demands, his fate will be worse than NCP leader Baba Siddique’s. For the unversed, Baba Siddique was shot dead on October 12 outside his son’s office. Hours later, a Lawrence Bishnoi gang member claimed the responsibility for the attack and revealed that it happened due to his close association with Salman Khan.

 

As reported by ANI, the message read, “Don’t take it lightly, if Salman Khan wants to stay alive and wants to end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, then he will have to pay Rs 5 crore. If the money is not given, Salman Khan’s condition will be worse than Baba Siddique. Investigation has been started in this matter: Mumbai Police.”

An investigation has been launched by Mumbai police to verify the message. “We have registered an offence at Worli police station, and the further probe in on,” informed the traffic police official.

Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi’s enmity has allegedly been over the killing of two black bucks in 1998, during the shoot of former’s film ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’. Although the matter is in court, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has sworn to take revenge from the actor unless he visits their temple and publicly apologises for the poaching incident.

Salman Khan’s Security Beefed Up

After the death of Salman Khan’s close friend and NCP leader Baba Siddique, the actor has been provided with Y+ security. To ensure his safety, a police escort vehicle will always travels alongside Salman Khan’s car and a constable trained to use all weapons will accompany him, sources told India Today TV.

As part of the enhanced security measures, additional personnel have been stationed inside and outside Salman Khan’s farmhouse in Panvel, Maharashtra, sources further informed India Today.
