Samantha Ruth Prabhu talks about ‘letting go and acceptance’ after two months of split with Naga Chaitanya

Nothing in this world is permanent. The same has been proven many times and sometimes when things happen in front of our eyes, this quote becomes more and more prominent. In 2017, Samantha Ruth Prabhu tied the knot with Naga Chaitanya and the two started painting the town red with their romance. The two dated for more than eight years before tying the knot and were the ‘IT’ couple of the South film industry. However, their marriage didn’t last long and the two have now parted ways. Their split news left fans devasted and heartbroken and they even took to the comment section and asked Samantha and Naga to take back their decision. 

It was on October 2, 2021, Samantha and Naga took to social media and shared a long note, in which, they talked about their decision of parting ways. In the note, the duo also asked everyone to respect their privacy. Post her split, Samantha has been sharing some motivational notes, and recently, her note talks about letting go. 

Samantha who is an ardent social media user took to her Instagram Stories and shared a quote by Cheryl Strayed and the same reads, “Most things will be okay, but not everything will be. Sometimes you will put up a good fight and lose. Sometimes you’ll hold on really hard and realize there is no choice but to let go. Acceptance is a small, quiet room.” Sharing the same, atop it, Samantha wrote, “acceptance.”

Recently, Samantha graced the cover of Elle magazine’s November issue and looked stunning. While talking to the magazine, the actress talked about various things and one among them was her spiritual journey. For the unversed, after announcing the split with Naga Chaitanya, Samantha completed char dham yatra and shared photos and videos with her social media fans. 

Talking about her spiritual journey, Samantha told Elle magazine, “It was everything I hoped it would be, and more. Something just changes in you forever. I feel God has given me just the right amount of strength to continue. I even started meditating during the lockdown.”

On the work front, Samantha was last seen in the web series The Family Man 2 alongside Manoj Bajpayee. Next, the actress will be seen in Gunasekhar’s Shaakuntalam and Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. Not just these two, Samantha also has a movie Arrangements of Love directed by BAFTA-winning director Philip John and produced by Sunitha Tati’s Guru Film
