Off late, there a rumour doing rounds in the South Indian Film Industry that one of the finest directors AR Murugadoss is planning to lock Tollywood’s superstar Mahesh Babu and Lokanayakudu Kamal Hassan for his next movie.
According to Tollywood.net, Murugadoss already narrated the storyline to these big heroes and is waiting for their nod. It is said that Mahesh Babu will essay the role of CBI Officer while Kamal Hassan will be seen as a middle-aged person and a father of a girl. If speculations turn true, Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar also holds a pivotal role in this multi-starrer movie.
AR Murugadoss worked with Mahesh Babu in the past for the movie Spyder. But this film bombed at the box office and stood as one of the biggest flops of his career. Thus, this Gajini director is aimed to bag a blockbuster with the same hero and prove his mettle in Tollywood.
But as both Kamal Haasan and Mahesh Babu are busy with their commitments. At present Mahesh is working with Parasuram for Sarkaru Vaari Paata movie and will next work under Trivikram for his next movie. Coming to Kamal Haasan, he is all jam-packed with a couple of prestigious movies. Although there is no clarity on Shankar’s Indian 2 movie, he is also working for Vikarm 2 movie.
Speaking about the Sarkaru Vaari Paata movie, it has Keerthy Suresh as the lead actress and Vennela Kishore, Prakash Raj and Subbaraju in other important roles. This movie is being bankrolled by Mahesh Babu’s GMB Entertainment and Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with the 14 Reels Plus banner. This movie will hit the screens next year on the occasion of the Sankranthi festival.
Coming to Indian 2, with the budget differences and other issues, Lyca production banner and Shankar are facing problems. As a result, the movie is not getting on to the sets!
After Mahesh and Kamal Haasan complete these projects, then AR Murugadoss’ movie will go on to the sets. As Kamal is also busy with his politics, there needs to be a clarification and official statement released on this movie announcement.
