The post was titled: “Why Men Leave Sick Partners: The Cold Truth Behind Relationship Abandonment.” It talked about a surprising fact: men are 624% more likely to leave their partner if she becomes seriously ill, while women usually stay and take care of their sick spouses. Two experts then discussed why this happens, blaming things like gender roles and social conditioning.
In the two weeks since the video was posted on Instagram, it has been watched over 60k times, including by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The actor didn’t leave a comment or share the post on her profile or stories, but she did give it a thumbs-up to show her approval.

This condition causes the body’s immune system to attack the muscles, leading to pain, weakness, and swelling.
