4 Women Superstars Who Could Lose Their Championships Before WWE SummerSlam 2025

WWE SummerSlam 2025 looks like an amazing event. For the first time in history, the program will be conducted over two days August 2 and 3 with non-stop action for the audience. Fans are already getting all hyped up. Surprisingly, John Cena will also have a special appearance this year. In the wake of last month’s WrestleMania, WWE has crowned new champions, but a number of stars may soon lose their titles. Here, we look at four superstars women who may lose their championships before SummerSlam 2025.

Lyra Valkyria

Early in 2025, Lyra Valkyria beat Dakota Kai for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Her reign as champion has been remarkable since then. More recently, Lyra defended her title at Backlash 2025 against Becky Lynch. But it looks like she is not going to remain the champion for long.

A rematch between Becky and Lyra has been arranged for Money in the Bank 2025, where the outcome may be in favor of Becky this time. Following that, Night of Champions 2025 will happen, and fans are expecting a new Women’s Intercontinental Champion prior to SummerSlam 2025.

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez

Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are the current holders of the Women’s Tag Team Championships. They became the champions on the first episode of Raw following WrestleMania 41 by defeating Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch for the titles. Liv and Raquel belong to the faction known as Judgment Day, which also comprises Finn Balor and Roxanne Perez. Everything has dramatically changed since then.

In a recent Raw episode, Liv lost to Kairi Sane following a distraction due to the conflicts between Roxanne and Raquel. After the loss, Liv was angry with Raquel, signaling their tag team could soon disband. With the current situation, it’s sure that Liv and Raquel could lose their titles before SummerSlam 2025.

Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton cashed in her Money in the Bank contract earlier this year by defeating Nia Jax to become the Women’s Champion. She has been doing an excellent job ever since, with a huge victory over Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 41. It appears that it is not likely that the company will retain Tiffany as champion for the long term. She may lose the title ahead of SummerSlam 2025.

Superstars such as Charlotte Flair, Jacy Jayne, Naomi, and Alexa Bliss are all in line waiting for a chance at the title. Jacy Jayne, especially, can expect a big boost from the company in the near future. Fans can expect to see a new Women’s Champion either at Money in the Bank 2025 or Night of Champions 2025. The women’s division is already filled with so many great wrestlers with amazing abilities.
