Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti‘s finale has happened and well, Mika Singh has found his Mrs. Singh in the form of another other than Akanksha Puri. Along with the actress, Prantika Das and Neet Mahal also made it to the top 3 of the show. Gracing the finale episode were the likes of Iqbal Khan, Rachana Mistry, Shoaib Ibrahim, Ayushi Khurrana, Karan V Grover, Sayli Salunkhe, Sumedh, and Malika, among others.
All three finalists were dressed as brides so that they can impress Mika Singh. While he spoke to everyone during the finale, he went on to pick Akanksha Puri as his life partner. The two have known each other for over a decade now and have finally realised their feelings for each other courtesy of Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti.
Akanksha, the winner of Swayamvar: Mika Di Vohti, spoke to Times Now Digital about marriage plans and told us, “We’ve spent so much time in friendship and then it’ll go in marriage (laughs) so I want to enjoy this courtship period and I also want to experience dating and romance.”
She further added, “We don’t want to miss out on that, the best/worst part is we are workaholics, we keep traveling, but that also connects us and we don’t pile on upon each other and that is something we love. I want to enjoy that, and that (marriage) is the whole idea which is why we took this decision, so let’s see.”
In addition, she also spoke about how her family is glad she took this decision. She revealed how they’ve always been supportive of her and this too, was a decision they welcomed with open arms.
She told us, “Everyone was very happy and my family knows him very well, my brother and mom have known him, he’s no stranger to me, and he is somebody I have spent a lot of time with him, we understand each other, so for us, it is a lot easier.”
