Netflix’s Stranger Things is getting ready for its final showup with the fifth season. Set in the 1980s, the show focuses on the people of Hawkins, who deal with sudden supernatural and deadly events in their town. Netflix has just dropped the most-awaited teaser of ‘Stranger Things Season 5’, giving a glimpse of an explosive yet gut-wrenching finale.
The finale will star Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, Brett Gelman, Cara Buono, Jamie Campbell Bower and Amybeth McNulty. Linda Hamilton has joined the cast as well. For the unversed, Linda is best known for playing the role of Sarah Connor in the hit ‘Terminator’ franchise. Although it is officially confirmed that Linda Hamilton will feature in ‘Stranger Things Season 5’, details around her role in the show have been kept under wrap.
The final season will have a total of 8 episodes. The first episode is titled ‘The Crawl’, followed by ‘The Vanishing Of..’, ‘The Turnbow Trap’, ‘Sorcerer’, ‘Shock Jock’, ‘Escape From Camaztoz’, ‘The Bridge’ and ‘The Rightside Up’.
Stranger Things Season 5 will arrive on Netflix in 2025 in three volumes. The first part will include four episodes and will release on November 26. The second part will have three episodes and will release on Netflix on December 25, i.e. on Christmas. Meanwhile, the finale aka the eighth episode or volume three will release on December 31, i.e. on New Year’s eve.
