RRR BACK IN THEATRES IN US
Rise Roar Revolt, popularly known as RRR, hit the screens last year. Set in 1920, it is a pre-independence fictional story based on real-life Indian revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Currently, the film is basking in worldwide success. It has received appreciation from across the globe and has broken several records. Now, it is once again set to entertain the audiences in the theatres.
Earlier today, Variance Films announced the news and left everyone pleasantly surprised.
OFFICIAL STATEMENT
“We have no idea what’s going to happen with nominations tomorrow, but we do know the best part about the #RRRMovie experience has been seeing the joy the film has brought to moviegoers around the world, and then seeing what joy those reactions have brought the filmmakers. Working with Karthikeya (@ssk1122), Harsha, and of course the great S.S. Rajamouli and M.M. Keeravaani, along with the entire film and awards team on the campaign, plus @PotentateFilms and @sarigamacinemas on the #encoRRRe, has been a career highlight… and we’re not done,” they wrote.
It further read: “Whether it gets all the nominations or none of them tomorrow, we’re bringing #RRRMovie back out nationwide to theaters this February. No shade to Netflix but while it’s great anytime, it’s what movie theaters were built for, so back to the theaters we go. Details to come, along with some more surprises. Big surprises. Like, really big, and we say this knowing we need to top selling out the Chinese IMAX in 98 seconds. BIG.”
We cannot wait to find out the surprises!
