Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s daughter allegedly commited suicide on Monday in Hyderabad. The incident occurred in the afternoon, according to the police. Kanthamaneni Uma Maheswari, the late famed actor’s daughter, is said to have killed herself at home.
Police discovered through their investigation that she may have committed suicide as a consequence of health problems. Although the precise cause of her suicide is yet unknown, detectives assume that medical issues were a major contributing factor.
She is survived by her daughter Dikshitha. Uma Maheswari went to her room at lunchtime and didn’t come out for a while, according to her daughter. Dikshitha contacted the police, who arrived at her Jubilee Hills home around 2:30 in the afternoon. Uma was hanging from the ceiling fan in her room when the police arrived. Four persons were reportedly present in the home at the time the incident occurred.
At the city’s Jubilee Hills police station, a case has been opened under section 174 of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
