On the latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 13, actor Sonu Sood and comedian Kapil Sharma graced the hotseats to win money for a charitable organisation. Like every other Friday, the two B-towners tested their knowledge and added to their philanthropic profiles by becoming participants on the Amitabh Bachchan-hosted show. They answered difficult questions with ease and proved that they are unbeatable as a duo.

Before starting the quiz game, Big B revealed that Kapil was four and a half hours late at the shoot. In a sarcastic tone, Big B thanked the comedian for arriving on set on time. Taking a trip down memory lane, Kapil revealed that once while shooting a promo, Big B reached the set 2 minutes late and for that he even apologised to the crew and cast. “Maine kaha, do minute bhi late koi hota hai kya (Is two-minute delay even called being late)?,” Kapil said as Big B and Sonu cracked up.

Sonu also spoke about Kapil’s fitness regime on the episode and revealed that he once sent his personal trainer to Kapil’s house to force him to hit the gym. Sonu gave his trainer stern directions to not leave Kapil’s house until he finished his workout. Talking about the incident, Kapil shared, “He is absolutely right. Yogesh did not let me go at all. Par ek din usko Kangana Ranaut mil gai client. Us din meri chaati pe dumbbell pade-pade chorr gaya woh (But then he found a new client, Kangana Ranaut. That day, he left even the dumbbells right on my chest).”

Next, we also saw Sonu Sood reciting dialogues from Amitabh’s films with Kapil in front of him. Without using any lifelines, the two answered the first five questions and moved to the next round. With Sonu by his side, Kapil had no problem answering even the most difficult questions. Together, they bagged Rs 25 lakh.

Towards the end of the episode, both Kapil and Sonu spoke about their parents. First, Kapil shared that he learnt a lot from his parents and despite having limited resources, they never had complaints. Then Sonu shared that his mother used to write letters for him as they can be kept in possession for years and decades. Then Sonu took one of her mother’s letters and recited it in front of the audience and Big B.
