Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s big day is right around the corner! And while the duo might have been busy preparing for their pre-wedding and wedding ceremonies, they did not forget to welcome their guests in style.
Rajasthani style welcome for guests
Arriving in the golden city just in time for the pre-wedding festivities, Sidharth and Kiara’s guests were greeted in traditional Rajasthani fashion. Folk singers and dancers welcomed guests not only at the wedding venue but also at the airport.
Additionally, a source told Bollywood life the couple had planned a carnival-like event for their guests. Not only have stalls of customized luc chudi, wooden handicrafts, handicraft and lehriya dupatta been set up, polo matches have also been arranged for those who wish to indulge themselves.
For the unversed, the celebrity couple’s sangeet will be taking place today. With guests arriving at the location, a source told Times Now Digital that the venue had been decorated with stunning blue and yellow flowers. Arrangements for amazing music have also been made for the lavish ceremony.
After keeping their relationship under the wraps for a while, Sidharth and Kiara are reportedly set to tie the knot on February 7 at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
All the pre-wedding festivities will be taking place between February 5 and 6. However, the fun doesn’t stop there! Following their wedding, Sidharth and Kiara plan to host two grand receptions: one for their industry friends in Mumbai and another for the groom’s family in Delhi. Their Mumbai reception will reportedly be held on February 12.
The celebrity couple have invited a number of their industry friends including Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Ram Charan, Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan. Bollywood megastar Salman Khan and filmmaker Rohit Shetty are also rumoured to join the duo on their big day.
