Nani has established himself as a versatile actor in Telugu cinema and recently impressed the audience with his powerful performance in his movie ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’. The movie became a box office success and received praise from the fans for its stellar performances and action sequences. After the grand success of ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ in theatres, the viewers have been looking forward to its OTT release. Netflix India has officially announced that ‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ will arrive online within a few days.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram OTT Release Date:

‘Saripodhaa Sanivaaram’ will release on Netflix on September 26, 2024. Apart from its original Telugu language, the movie will be available to watch in dubbed versions of Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

Apart from Nani, the movie also stars S J Suryah and Priyanka Mohan in the lead roles. Abhirami, Aditi Balan, P Sai Kumar, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Murali Sharma, and Ajay Ghosh were seen in pivotal roles.

The movie revolves around Surya, who decides to fight against a corrupt officer R Dayanand to protect innocent people from his atrocities.

In an interview with ETimes, Nani talked about the pressure of living up to the other hit movies like ‘RRR’, ‘Pushpa’ and others. He said, “I am not looking at it as a pan-India film. A lot of times I get to see the love the North audience or Hindi audience has given me. They really liked my last films Hi Papa (Hi Nanna) and Dasara. So Surya’s Saturday (Saripodhaa Sanivaaram) is primarily a Telugu release and this time we are going for a slightly wider release in Tamil. Also, there is no comparison with RRR, Pushpa or Baahubali, I am just a humble actor coming with a humble film.”

On the work front, Nani was last seen in ‘Hi Nanna’ alongside Mrunal Thakur. The movie also became commercially and critically successful.
