Russia sees Istanbulas a “comfortable place” to conduct diplomacy with the United States but does not yet believe Washington has adopted a constructive approach in talks, the RIA Novosti news agency cited Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin as saying on Monday.
