People compete in talent contests from all across the country, and while only one person wins the crown, many others receive offers from the entertainment industry. A similar situation is going to occur in Season 9 of India’s Got Talent, a recently launched reality show. Filmmaker Rohit Shetty is all set to come as a special guest on an upcoming episode of the show.
The filmmaker applauds the performance of contestants Divyansh and Manuraj in a preview for the episode posted on social media by Sony Entertainment Television. Rohit then goes on to say that he hasn’t heard the type of music they make before going on to give them a gig writing music for his upcoming film Cirkus.
Divyansh and Manuraj met during the show’s tryouts and decided to embark on this journey together. In their own distinctive manner, they perform instrumental covers of famous Bollywood songs. The director-producer appears to be delighted by the duo’s performance in the upcoming episode.
In the Instagram video, Rohit is first seen speaking with Badshah, the show’s judge, and asking him to collaborate with the artist duo in the near future. Divyansh and Manuraj are addressed by Rohit, who claims that the Don background score the duo developed is the best reproduction of the Don soundtrack he has ever encountered. “I’ll request the Sony TV team to give me this footage because I want to listen to this on loop when I’m driving,” he said.
After a few moments, Rohit turns to Badshah and asks, “Should I?” which the rapper acknowledges with a nod. The filmmaker then goes on to say, “We have decided something. My next film Cirkus has some songs which are being composed by Badshah,” However, Rohit noted that the Cirkus background and theme are not yet complete. So he goes on, “Badshah, Divyansh, and Manuraj, you will create this theme.” As the audience and other judges applauded, the two candidates folded their hands and thanked Rohit for his generous offer. India’s Got Talents airs on weekends.
