However, there was no confirmation about Riva’s age from her family. Now, her mother, Nisha Arora has come out to clarify things. She said that the allegations of Riva’s age are completely false.
She took to Instagram stories and wrote, “I was calm, but not anymore. The allegations on my daughter’s age are completely false and it’s a saying that false news travels faster then ever and many reputed social media channel proved it. It is sad to see and disheartening for me. At least you should have cross checked with me before upload on reputed pages. My daughter is an actor and working in industry since years (sic).”

Riva has featured in a music video with Karan Kundrra. She has also worked in a music video with singer Mika Singh. Riva’s mother also spoke to India Forums about the same. She said that it is unfortunate to see renowned publications are spreading false information about a young girl without any verifications.
She said that her daughter is in 10th grade and has been working in the industry for more than 13 years and has achieved everything with utmost integrity and perseverance. Riva was seen in Vicky Kaushal’s Uri: The Surgical Strike.
She played the role of a slain Army officer’s daughter. She has also been a part of films like Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Bharat, and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
