Gaurav Taneja, popularly known as Flying Beast, has been facing public scrutiny after he got involved in cheating allegations. The divorce rumors started when his wife Ritu Rathee was seen at a satsang, discussing her marital issues. Soon after, Gaurav issued a statement and said that he did not want to discuss his personal matters. Amid the trolling faced by Gaurav, Ritu Rathee has finally broken her silence, where she defended her husband.
Ritu confirmed that the woman, who was heard seeking advice at Premanand Govind Sharan was her. She said, “Was that me? Yes. But some people needed a little spice. By zooming in on my face, they exclaimed, ‘Oh, that’s her! That’s her voice! We are in Ritu’s army!’”
She further said that she is not an “abla naari” (helpless woman) in this situation. “Reality check: The maid who comes to your house is abla nari [helpless woman]. She faces countless hardships in her home. I really wish you would go to her house, help resolve her issues, and tell her, ‘We are in your army’,” Ritu added.
Ritu also defended Gaurav and shared that he made her equally capable of nurturing her children alone. Further addressing the problems in her relationship, she added, “What relationship is free from hurt, whether it’s with your parents, siblings, friends, or even a husband and wife? Is there anyone who hasn’t been hurt at some point so much that they felt the need to go to God and cry? Even I did. Whatever it is, it’s a personal issue for me. If I wanted to make it public, my dear Ritu’s army, I have Instagram to announce it.”
Towards the end of the video, Ritu folded her hands and said, “Kindly stay out of it.”
Gaurav and Ritu also have two daughters. They have been married since 2016.
