The entertainment industry is still processing the shocking demise of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. The popular rapper was shot dead in broad daylight in Punjab’s Mansa on May 29. While numerous celebrities have paid their respect to the late artist, Richa Chadha went a step ahead and raised questions on his security cover.
Taking to Twitter, the Masaan actress highlighted that while Sidhu Moose Wala had only 2 security guards to protect him, notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has as many as 10. Bishnoi is one of the prime suspects in the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala as one his gang members, Goldy Brar, has taken responsibility for the fatal attack.
As the singer-turned-politician’s family is fighting for justice, Richa has extended her support by tweeting, “Moosewale nu 2 guard te Lawrence Bishnoi nu 10 di remand, naale bodyguards te Dilli pulis di sab ton vadiya dangerous bullet proof gaddi (Only 2 guards were provided to Moose Wala while 10 have been given to Lawrence Bishnoi along with the the best bulletproof car of Delhi Police).”
Following Richa’s tweet, many fans of the late artist reached out to her to express their gratitude as she raised her voice for their beloved musician.
Previously, Richa had expressed her shock at the Congress leader’s death and paid condolences to his family. “Numb, shocked at the murder of #SiddhuMoosewala too sad. No words will be enough. Thinking of his mother… worst kind of pain in the world to lose a child. Jatt da muqabla dass mainu kitthe hai? 28!” she had written on the microblogging site.
The horrific killing of Sidhu Moose Wala is currently being investigated by the Punjab Police who have made several arrests in the case. Most recently, a Red Corner Notice has been issued against Goldy Brar.
