Actress Alia Bhatt-starrer Darlings opened to positive reviews after its release on Netflix on Friday (August 5). The film, which is helmed by Jasmeet K. Reen, also stars Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma in key roles.
Now, apart from the fans and critics, her Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani co-star and a close friend from the industry, Ranveer Singh, reviewed her latest release, Darlings.
Taking to Instagram stories, he shared a picture of the cast of Darlings and called them a “finer ensemble of actors”.
He wrote, “You won’t find a finer ensemble of actors! All the best to my favs for release day! Watch #darlings on @netflic_in today! @aliabhatt @itsvijayvarma @shefalishahofficial.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia is currently enjoying the praises for her latest release film Darlings. She will be next seen in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Khaani alongside Ranveer Singh. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi.
She will also be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, also co-starring Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. She will also be making her Hollywood debut with Heart of Stone, starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
Ranveer, on the other hand, has Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus in his pipeline, apart from Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. He will also be seen in the Hindi remake of Vikram-starrer Anniyan
