Pragya Singh Thakur withdraws appeal seeking discharge in 2008 Malegaon blast case trial

BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur  withdrew her application filed in Bombay High Court seeking discharge from the trial of the 2008 Malegaon blast case.
A division bench led by Justice AS Gadkari allowed Pragya Singh Thakur and two others accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case to withdraw their petitions.
The move came after judge had earlier remarked that the trial had reached a very advanced stage for the discharge pleas of accused to be considered.
