PM Modi, Australian counterpart Anthony Albanese will attend Ind vs Aus Ahmedabad test

The Prime Ministers of the two nations will be present on day one of the fourth and final Test between India and Australia, which begins in Ahmedabad on Thursday, March 9, with everything on the line.
The renamed Motera stadium in honour of PM Narendra Modi will have him and his Australian counterpart Anthony Albanese in attendance from March 8 to 11. Albanese will be in India on an official visit.
According to a statement from the Australian Prime Minister’s office, his visits to Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and New Delhi would strengthen Australia’s strategic, economic, and people-to-people connections with India. According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Anthony Albanese will fly into Ahmedabad on March 8 before visiting Mumbai on March 9 and then flying into Delhi later that day.
PM Modi will attend the Australia-India Annual Leaders’ Summit with Anthony Albanese in New Delhi.
The fourth and final game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series will take place on March 9. India presently has a one-win advantage in the overall series.
After the Motera stadium was renamed the Narendra Modi Stadium in 2021, India has won both of the Test matches played there.
India won the first two Test matches against Australia in Nagpur and Delhi to win the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the fourth time in a row. However, Australia defeated India in the third match in Indore to even the series at 2-1 going into the final Test.
India was dismissed for 109 on day one after choosing to bat first after winning the toss and making that decision, giving Australia an early lead of 88 runs.
The visitors only had 76 runs to score in their second innings after the hosts could only muster 163, which they completed early in the opening session of the third day with nine wickets in hand.
