Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback venture Pathaan is scripting history! Helmed by Siddharth Anand, the film has finally hit the big screens and let us just say, the movie appears to have exceeded everyone’s expectations! Now, the film clocked another century plus day and registered 113.6 crore gross on day 2 and minted Rs 219.6 crore globally.
Pathaan worldwide box office collection
As per the reports, Pathaan collected Rs 68 crore mark in national chains on day 2, while dubbed formats earned Rs 2.5 crore. The total India collection on Day 2 was Rs. 70.50 crore (82.94 crore gross). Hence, it became the first Hindi film to breach the Rs 70 crore mark on a single day. Meanwhile, overseas collection was also incredible as it collected Rs. 30.70 crore gross.
Not only has Shah Rukh Khan starrer become the first ever Bollywood film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in 2 days flat, it also recorded the biggest single day collection in the history of Hindi cinema on day 2 globally. The film made Rs. 219.6 crore at the worldwide box office.
