Ahead of the Congress party’s Parliamentary strategy group meeting at the residence of Sonia Gandhi, Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge today said that the grand old party is prepared to corner the Narendra Modi-led BJP government in the winter session of the Parliament beginning November 29.
We will fight the issue of farm laws and inflation and a list of 15-16 issues on which all the political parties can come to an agreement has been prepared, said the LoP in Rajya Sabha.
Congress is also planning to strongly raise issues of ‘COVID-19 mismanagement’ in public forums and in the upcoming winter session of Parliament.
We will fight against BJP ideology: Kharge

Kharge said that Congress will try to come together to defeat BJP in Parliament.

On Congress leaders joining the Trinamool Congress, Kharge said that organisational fights have always taken place and there is no use commenting now.
“Important to fight together in the arena of Parliament as Rahul Gandhi, in a core committee meeting of floor leaders, had said that parties may have different ideologies but our common goal is to fight BJP,” he said.
