Lok Sabha MP Pappu Yadav has received a death threat allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi Gang. The threat was given via an audio clip, where the caller claimed that he has been monitoring Pappu Yadav’s movement and would kill him if the MP doesn’t stay away from the matters involving actor Salman Khan.
The caller also said that Lawrence Bishnoi who is locked in Sabarmati Jail in Ahmedabad, is paying Rs 1 Lakh per hour to disable signal jammers, which will allow him to establish direct connection with Pappu. He said that Pappu has been ignoring his calls.
Pappu Yadav’s Comment On Gang
Following the death of NCP leader Baba Siddique, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had claimed the murder. Notably, Purnea MP had challenged Bishnoi where he announced to dismantle the network of ‘a two-bit criminal’ like the gangster within 24 hours if allowed.
Caller’s Threat
In the audio message, the caller said, “You could have told ‘bhai’ that the media did this, not me. Settle the matter as soon as possible. I considered you an elder brother, and you’ve embarrassed me. Call back, and I’ll connect you with ‘bhai.”
Pappu Yadav has registered complaint with Bihar Director General of Police and asked for immediate action.
Notably, on 25th October, Pappu had posted on X, where he mentioned that he couldn’t meet Salman Khan as he was busy shooting somewhere. He wanted to ensure the actor that ‘He is there’ for him. He wrote, “Shehar se dur hone ke karan, film abhineta Salman Khan ji se mulakat nahi ho payi, unhe bhi aashwast karna chahta tha MAIN HOON NA.” He further wrote about his telephonic conversation with Salman Khan and said he is fearless and brave.
Pappu had recently met Zeeshan Siddique, son of late NCP leader Baba Siddique during his Mumbai. He emphasised that he will stand with the family in any kind of situation. He demanded that Baba and family should get justice at the earliest. He reiterated that no one is above the law and the constitution.
Reportedly, actor Salman Khan has been receiving threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and it has increased after the death of NCP leader Baba Siddique.
