Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira on Friday got engaged to beau Nupur Shikhare. The duo which has been together for a few years exchanged rings in an intimate engagement ceremony, which was held in Mumbai. It was attended by Aamir, his ex-wives Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, nephew Imran Khan and others.
NEWLY ENGAGED IRA SHARES GLIMPSES
An excited Ira on Saturday took to her Instagram Story to repost pictures from her engagement bash. She re-shared a string of photos and also posted an adorable video with her fiancé.
The first picture shows the cute couple showing the engagement rings to each other. Wearing a red strapless gown, Ira looks stunning. Nupur looks dapper in a black tuxedo.
Ira also posted a short clip which showed her gushing over her engagement ring. “Morning after guys, the makeup is also not off but see, see, yay,” she goes as she locks her fingers with Nupur’s.
The caption on the clip read, “My favourite place in the world is next to you.”

Ira’s fiancé is a celebrity fitness trainer. He reportedly works as a fitness coach for former Miss Universe and actress Sushmita Sen. The duo made their relationship official in 2020.
He shares a warm bond with Aamir and is often seen hanging out with the Khan clan. He had even joined them for a family vacation last year.
