Neetu Kapoor finally opens up on Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt’s wedding rumours; says, ‘Let the astrologers come out with a date’

Ever since Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt made their relationship public, fans have been waiting to see them as man and wife. Once again, rumours about their wedding have taken over the tinsel town and we have been getting new updates constantly. As per reports, the lovebirds will seal the deal on April 17 in an intimate ceremony.
Now, Ranbir’s mom and Alia’s would-be mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor has opened up about the rumours. In an interview, the veteran actress said that these rumours have been going on for almost two years now and they are having a lot of fun with all the noise going around Ranbir’s wedding.
She further told News18.com, “Some are saying that it is happening o April 15 and there are others who feel it is on April 17. Let the astrologers come out with a date. The date and the venue has constantly been changing. It was reported that they were earlier getting married in Ranthambore then it shifted somewhere else and now it is RK Studios in Chembur, let’s see where it ultimately happens.”
Neetu shares strangest rumour
During the interaction, the veteran actress also talked about an incident that took place when she had gone to attend a wedding in Hyderabad around six months back. She said, “I went for a wedding where the event management team gave me a letter which they received from Ranbir. The letter stated that he was getting married next month in Hyderabad and they had started doing all the planning. I laughed it off and told them that as a mother I am not aware of his wedding, but you’ll have sorted everything.”
Neetu further went on to share that she really wants Ranbir to get married, adding that her advice to the actor is to get married today.
